Equator Coffees is opening their Los Angeles flagship at Ivy Station in Culver City

Ivy Station is a long-awaited mixed-use development that consists of HBO’s new 240,000 square foot HQ, 50,000 square feet of transit-oriented retail, 200 residential units, and a 148-room hotel. In addition to HBO, the project will be home to LA Ale Works, and Equator Coffees and Mamoun’s Falafel’s LA flagship locations. Culver City’s recent boom in high profile office development has made it a sought after destination for a multitude of brands and concepts, and Ivy Station’s proximity to the Light Rail will make it a dynamic project connected to a variety of communities and visitors.

Beta is honored to have helped Equator Coffees secure their flagship location at Ivy Station. Established from humble beginnings in 1995, Equator now has 8 Bay Area locations and over 400 wholesale partnerships, however it is their steadfast focus on sustainability and social responsibility that led to them becoming the first California coffee roaster to earn B-Corporation status.
