New York hat maker, Teressa Foglia, opens at Malibu Village

Teressa Foglia has opened her second location, the first is in Industry City in Brooklyn, this June at Malibu Village. Teressa focuses on one-of-a-kind custom hats that can be seen worn by A-list celebrities and also curates a ready to wear selection.
