ICSC RECon is the biggest event of the year, Richard Rizika says “This is the Super Bowl of our industry, it brings all of the stakeholders together in one room, and this is the only time of year it happens.”

In response to continuing to complete deals, Rizika says “Zoom has become very popular, a lot of it is electronic. We’re sending emails, making calls with our clients, and providing analysis up front and scheduling virtual tours.”
