Richard Rizika recently spoke to Ancillary Retail about the success of Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group in the retail environment through the use of a CREACTIVE concept that combines entertainment and education. Richard Rizika says “although it is not a traditional retailer, Cirque du Soleil continually creates new avenues to keep the concept fresh and the brand alive. The company provides a greater level of creativity that most of the other concepts lack.”
