Alex Kogan is an account manager at Beta, a commercial real estate agency focused on enhancing value thru advisory, design, and analytics. Beta collaborates with brands and places to face challenges and find solutions by implementing marketing and technology to accelerate and enhance the leasing and sales transaction process.
Alex provides direct brokerage support that includes market research, analysis, and client relations that assist both brand and owner representation teams. Prior to Beta, Alex underwrote commercial properties and mid-size business loans at California Bank & Trust. Alex also worked at Colliers International in the Inland Empire specializing in investments sales and leasing.
Alex graduated from USC with a degree in international relations, global business with an emphasis in finance. While in college, Alex was first introduced to the commercial real estate industry by working at Sands Investment Group as a retail investment sales researcher.
Alex is an expert on the Greater Los Angeles market as he grew up in Long Beach, completed all schooling, and has spent his professional career in many different areas of the city.
