Cord is an Account Manager at Beta, where he provides essential brokerage support to the landlord and tenant team. Before joining Beta, he served as a Brokerage Support Specialist, bringing a wealth of experience in marketing, transaction coordinating, financial underwriting, and client services.

Throughout his career, Cord has worked across several asset classes, including multifamily, office, and retail, demonstrating a strong ability to adapt and thrive in diverse environments. He is committed to delivering exceptional results and fostering positive client relationships.

Originally from Santa Barbara, Cord now enjoys various sports in his free time, including golfing, tennis, and basketball, alongside playing the guitar.
