Daniel Santiago is a Marketing Coordinator at Beta, a commercial real estate agency focused on enhancing value thru advisory, design, and analytics. Beta collaborates with brands and places to face challenges and find solutions by implementing marketing and technology to accelerate and enhance the leasing and sales transaction process.
Prior to joining Beta, Daniel was a member of the top performing full-service retail team at CBRE where he focused on producing marketing content to enhance the leasing process. He graduated from California State University, Northridge, studying Business Management, Marketing, and Economics.
Daniel is currently the Marketing Coordinator at Beta where he collaborates with he collaborates with leadership to create and facilitate the implementation and execution of marketing initiatives at the property level as well as business development initiatives. Daniel’s overall goal is to provide clients with world-class marketing materials in the commercial real estate industry while enhancing the Beta brand. He has become a marketing leader for Beta by implementing new strategies that help projects become more efficient as well as enhancing the overall quality of the agencies marketing material.
