Jake Radeski is a Senior Account Manager at Beta, a commercial real estate agency focused on enhancing value thru advisory, design, and analytics. Beta collaborates with brands and places to face challenges and find solutions by implementing marketing and technology to accelerate and enhance the leasing and sales transaction process.
Specializing in brand representation, Jake works alongside regional, national, and global retailers in the acquisition of their owned and leased space. From helping start-ups find their first spaces to aiding major retailers in their growth strategies, Jake’s steadfast commitment and passion for business development has made him a valuable advisor to all the retailers he represents. He is relentless in his approach to business which is underscored by providing personal service and fostering relationships built on work ethic.
Jake is a true South Bay authority; born and raised in the South Bay he brings the unique perspective of being a lifelong resident to his approach to brokerage and advisory. By remaining active among other young professionals and his working knowledge of everything South Bay, Jake is able to anticipate and respond to market trends as they happen.
Prior to Beta, Jake was an associate on CBRE’s top performing full-service retail team. Jake also spent time as an associate at Amherst Real Estate Capital where he oversaw underwriting and due diligence for the financing of investment properties across Southern California. Jake graduated Magna Cum Laude from UCLA while specializing in real estate finance and competing on one of the nation’s top collegiate rugby teams.
