Kian Varjoy

Kian Varjoy collaborates alongside Beta’s team of tenant representation, providing strategic and analytical market research on all commercial sectors.

Prior to joining Beta, Varjoy began his career at an acclaimed CRE Research & Advisory firm. After acquiring his Series 65 License, his primary objectives focused on maintaining client relationships. Succeeded by a venture in business development consulting, Varjoy adapted to the voices of clients in a diverse set of industries to create and execute sales and branding strategies.

From an early age, Varjoy fueled his own personal interests in real estate by acquiring property and overseeing three major residential remodels for his family. He brings this curiosity and excitement to Beta in an effort to help nurture and build client portfolios.

Varjoy is a Southern California native. He graduated from UC Irvine in 2020 where he completed his Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
