Lane Renfort

Lane Renfort is the Operations Manager at Beta. He brings his passion and dedication to creating a supportive, collaborative, and fun company culture to ensure that employees’ needs are fulfilled, and operations run efficiently.

Lane was recently the sole HR & Office Operations employee for an automotive digital marketing company. In his four and a half years working directly under the co-founders, he brought his extensive expertise in Human Resources and Office Operations to oversee all employee relations throughout a 300% growth in the employee workforce. Lane also oversaw financial operations and invoicing for over 800 automotive clients in addition to his operations role.
