Prior to joining Beta, Matt spent five years working at CBM where he quickly became a leading producer, executing over 100 transactions, while growing a portfolio of clients resulting in the leasing and sales of over 1.1 million square feet of commercial space. Primarily specializing in Greater Los Angeles, Matt works on behalf of owners and investors to help develop and execute leasing and sales strategies to maximize the value of each asset.
Matt is well regarded for his unparalleled work ethic, his data-driven approach to marketing and aggressive outreach, and his exceptional follow up. As the retail world continues to evolve, he strives to be ahead of industry trends and utilizes the latest technologies to provide his clients a competitive edge in the market.
Matt attended Loyola Marymount University, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, specializing in Finance & Business Law. It was not long after finishing college Matt was introduced to commercial real estate by a family relative who owns a real estate development company engaged in the acquisition, development, and operational oversight of commercial properties throughout the country.
