Randi Cohen

Randi Cohen is an industry veteran with 15-years of retail real estate experience. She is an active and authentic commercial real estate advisor who has a proven track record of success. She is known for maximizing project value by developing and executing merchandising, marketing, and leasing strategies for shopping centers, specialty projects, power centers, and mixed-use developments.

Before joining Beta, Randi spent her time representing property owners to curate retail environments and execute the vision of the brand. She most notably worked for two prominent REITs, Macerich and Brookfield, wh­ere she represented some of the most extraordinary fashion destinations, including Ala Moana Center, Scottsdale Fashion Square, and Kierland Commons.

Randi’s passion for retail is infectious. She has a knack for cultivating new business with emerging and local/regional brands and leaves no rock unturned. Mainly known for relationship building, driving end-to-end deal cycles, and managing seamless cross-functional collaborations, and executing creative visions to curate best-in-class retail destinations.

Randi recently joined Beta’s full-service retail advisory team based in El Segundo, CA. Her prior expertise from in-house leasing is what sets her apart, her diligence, active communication, and follow-through to get the best results for any new, existing, or prospective projects and clients.

Randi currently represents property owners on projects such as Sunset & Western in Hollywood, Rolling Hills Plaza & Hawthorne & PCH in Torrance, Montebello Town Square, and specialty projects in Brentwood and Long Beach.

In her free time, she enjoys the beach, working out, traveling, a nice meal at the trendiest new local restaurant, and of course, shopping! She resides in Redondo Beach, CA.
