Developed a targeted merchandising plan for Brunswig Square that supported the balance of offices in this space with amenity based retail. Key activations such as roastery-based coffee operator, (Bicycle Coffee), an offstreet fitness concept (Sweat Yoga) and expanded specialty operator (Poketo) further enhanced the building’s local and neighborhood draw.
