Represented developer to prelease the multi-level 315,000 SF shopping center. Midtown Crossing is anchored by a Lowe’s Home Improvement Center with Ross Dress for Less, Smart&Final, ULTA and Bob’s Discount Furniture. The team sold the center to Bentall Kennedy in 2013 (year) upon stabilization and continues to lease the shopping center for current ownership.
