Beta provided a cohesive marketing and leasing strategy for Paseo Nuevo with a 3 year redevelopment schedule. Leasing includes repurposing a three-level department store, reorienting the front entrance of the project to the secondary street and stabilizing the existing tenants to maintain cashflow. Long term, Paseo Nuevo will include a boutique grocery operator, a flagship anchor, first-class theater operator and 7 new restaurants.
