International footwear, apparel, and accessories retailer Famous Footwear will soon be opening at Delano Marketplace in Delano, CA. The 4,945 SF end-cap location is a previously unbuilt space that is adjacent to Rue-21. Famous Footwear is part of Caleres Inc., a diverse portfolio of global footwear brands (Sam Edelman, Allen Edmonds, Naturalizer etc). The tenant was represented by Matthew Lux of Beta and the landlord DMP 1a Limited Partnership was represented by Stacy Burt of Cushman & Wakefield along with Kari Sturgeon and Josh Sherley of Pacific Commercial Realty Advisors.
