He has assisted in the acquisition and sale of commercial property for pension fund advisors, RElTs, developers, private high net worth, family office, 1031 exchange and foreign investors.

Adam has represented several prominent retail investment clients, including Paragon Commercial Group, CalBay Development, Reliable Properties, Gerrity Group, Jade Enterprises, SPIRIT Realty, Midtown National Group, SBH Real Estate Group, Inc, Gramercy Property Trust, Equitas Investments, Seagrove, Black Equities Group, Schiffman Enterprises, Craig Realty Group, ArcTrust Properties and Sears Holdings to name a few.
