Adam Friedlander

Adam Friedlander is a Senior Vice President with Beta Agency and with over 15 years of commercial real estate experience as an investment sales advisor. Over his career Adam has accumulated over $1 Billion in transaction volume comprising of more than 2 million square feet of space. He has assisted in the acquisition and sale of commercial property for pension fund advisors, RElTs, developers, private high net worth, family office, 1031 exchange and foreign investors.

Prior to joining Beta Agency in 2022, Adam was a Director with JLL’s Net Lease Property Group in the Orange County office, where he assisted clients in the acquisition and disposition of single tenant and multi-tenant investments. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle in 2016, Adam was a sales professional with Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services in Long Beach, CA specializing in the sale of shopping centers and single tenant retail leased investments. While at Marcus & Millichap, Adam was consistently ranked a top 10 Agent and received several sales recognition awards.

Adam is a lifetime Southern California resident and obtained his BA in Business Management & Marketing/Entrepreneurship at Loyola Marymount University. Adam, his wife Bridget, and their son Conor currently reside in Ladera Ranch, CA and enjoy spending their free time at the beach, riding bikes, hiking and traveling.
