Vans has officially opened the DTLA flagship store at 808 Broadway! The community-driven retail and event space from Vans boasts 11,500 square feet across two-floors. The store has several unique features including a store-within-store skate shop with exclusive items, Studio808 on the second floor will have rotating art exhibits as well as hosting special events, and custom “DTLA Exclusives” apparel. Vans has partnered with non-profit organizations to have workforce development initiatives for previously homeless or at-risk youth to recruit staff for the store. This is a one-of-a-kind store that we are grateful to have been a part of!

Matthew Lux of Beta, in collaboration with Beau May of VF Corp, represented VF Corp in securing the lease for Vans.
