The Work's in El Segundo Signs New Tenants

At The Works in El Segundo, a primary-care medical clinic and a barbershop/grooming salon for guys will soon be opening their doors. Hammer & Nails Grooming Shop for Guys will be opening this month next to recently-opened Duff’s Cakemix.The Work’s recent redevelopment project has attracted attention across the city of Los Angeles, making waves in the commercial real estate industry. Reimagining the 300,000 SF Power Center, Plaza La Cienega

A recent strategic implementation of leasing upgrades has led to 7 new executed leases in 8 months at Plaza La Cienega, a 300,000 SF power center in the Beverlywood neighborhood of Los Angeles.
