Prominent Retail Lease Advisor, Matt Saker, joins Beta Agency as Vice President
We are excited to welcome Matt Saker to the Beta team as Vice President. Prior to joining Beta, Matt spent five years working at CBM where he quickly became a leading producer, executing over 100 transactions, while growing a portfolio of clients resulting in the leasing and sales of over 1.1 million square feet of commercial space. Primarily specializing in Greater Los Angeles, Matt works on behalf of owners and investors to help develop and execute leasing and sales strategies to maximize the value of each asset.
Matt is well regarded for his unparalleled work ethic, his data-driven approach to marketing and aggressive outreach, and his exceptional follow up. As the retail world continues to evolve, he strives to be ahead of industry trends and utilizes the latest technologies to provide his clients a competitive edge in the market. Matt attended Loyola Marymount University, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, specializing in Finance & Business Law. Matt is a lifetime Southern California resident and currently resides in Marina Del Rey, CA.

Madison Reed Has Opened a New Color Bar location at Fashion Island
Madison Reed, the innovative brand reshaping the hair color industry, has opened their sixth location in California with the launch of their Newport Beach Color Bar. Located at 313 Newport Center Drive in the Fashion Island shopping center, the Color Bar features 1,500 square feet of space and adjacency to Duxiana, Christophe Salon, Bloomingdale’s Home Store, and Starbucks.
