Riot Games Signs 200,000 Square Feet Lease at Los Angeles' West Edge
Construction has topped out at West Edge!
West Edge is a dynamic mixed-use development including 600 residences, 200,000 square feet of creative office space, which we are pleased to announce has been leased by tech and gaming company, Riot Games.
West Edge will also feature over 90,000 square feet of retail space with opportunities for high end dining, innovative restaurant concepts, fast casual dining, fitness/wellness, and upscale boutiques, creating a robust and sustainable community hub.

National Beauty Chain Cosmoprof Has Relocated to Redlands Town Center
National beauty chain Cosmoprof has relocated its Redlands store to a new 2,778 sf location at Redlands Town Center, located off the 10 freeway on Alabama Street and Lugonia Avenue. CosmoProf, which caters exclusively to Salon Professionals, joins other prominent retailers, including JCPenney, Tuesday Morning, EOS Fitness, Mattress Firm, Massage Envy and Aspire Salon Suites. The Landlord was represented by Jennifer Meade of Beta and John Beaney of Corporate Real Estate Partners represented CosmoProf.

Kinecta Has Opened a New Location at Bella Terra
We are pleased to announce that Kinecta has opened a new location at Bella Terra in Huntington Beach, CA. The credit union’s new branch will feature 2,900 square-feet at 7881 Edinger Ave in the outdoor shopping and entertainment center, conveniently located off the 405 Fwy at Beach Boulevard.
