Wingstop is Now Open at Whittwood Town Center

We are pleased to announce that Wingstop recently opened at Whittwood Town Center, a dominant regional shopping center in Eastern LA County in Whittier, located at the intersection of Whittier Blvd and Santa Gertrudes Ave. The buffalo-style chicken wing restaurant franchise’s new location took 1,456 square-feet on an end cap location previously occupied by Gamestop.The Landlord, Kimco Realty, was represented by Jennifer Meade, Mitchell Hernandez, and Richard Rizika of Beta and Wingstop was represented by Doug Wombacher of Commercial West Brokerage.

sweetgreen has Opened its Doors at Manhattan Village

We are thrilled to announce that sweetgreen has opened its doors at Manhattan Village. The 2,497 square foot restaurant with patio is located at 3200 N. Sepulveda Blvd., Manhattan Beach, CA. The new sweetgreen is located two doors down from Sunlife Organics and adjacent to the forthcoming CorePower Yoga. Part of the $250M expansion and redevelopment of Manhattan Village, sweetgreen’s endcap location sits across a main mall entry that will feature a new West Elm store and is close to convenient parking.

This location marks sweetgreen’s 19th location in LA County and its first in the South Bay market. sweetgreen was represented by Beta’s Rob Ury and Thirty Three Group’s Rachel Rosenberg and the Landlord, DWS, was represented by Kristin Grove at JLL.

Target is Now Open at the Shops on Temple in Los Angeles

We are pleased to announce that Target has opened a new location at 330 N Westlake Ave in Los Angeles.

The new small-format store will feature approximately 20,000 square-feet, just east of the Pico-Union neighborhood between Bonnie Brae Street and Westlake Avenue. Target was represented by Beta.
