We are pleased to announce that Maverick Community has opened their first location in the Runway Playa Vista shopping mall at 12746 W Jefferson Blvd, Suite 3170 in Playa Vista, CA. The flexible, on-demand studio space for fitness and wellness entrepreneurs in the community will feature 7,538 square-feet in the downtown epicenter of Playa Vista. We are pleased to announce that Eddie V’s has opened a new location in The Plaza at Continental Park at 2101 Rosecrans Ave, Suite 1280 in El Segundo, CA. The fine dining establishment’s new location is the former home of McCormick & Schmick's Grille and will feature 9,397 square-feet within the six-story office facility comprising three towers that encircle a half-acre central open air courtyard. Continental Development Corporation was represented by Richard Rizika of Beta and Maryl Binney of Highland Partners Corp and Eddie V's was represented by David Binney of Cypress Real Estate Group.
