At The Works in El Segundo, a primary-care medical clinic and a barbershop/grooming salon for guys will soon be opening their doors. Hammer & Nails Grooming Shop for Guys will be opening this month next to recently-opened Duff’s Cakemix.

The Work’s recent redevelopment project has attracted attention across the city of Los Angeles, making waves in the commercial real estate industry.
