Richard says, “Each brand arrives with its own cache and following, this grows from surrounding itself with like-minded brands,” he goes on to say, “This often creates word-of-mouth advertising that is accretive to the shopping center. Unique or original, pop-up stores stand out in a traditional shopping center environment and can attract new customers to the shopping center and change with each pop-up environment.”

Federal Realty Trust recently redeveloped and rebranded The Works in El Segundo to create a unique identity for the project. Creating an experience for consumers was the main priority which was achieved through comfortable seating areas, activated common areas and artwork instillations. The work done by ownership and Lifescapes International has transformed the property into the new gathering hub for the South Bay.
