Planet Fitness has leased the former Fallas building in Oakland, CA. Since 1992, Planet Fitness has become one of the largest fitness club franchises by number of members and locations in the United States. The approximately 21,784 SF space is located at 10715 Macarthur Blvd in a former Fallas store. Richard Rizika, Jennifer Meade, and Jake Radeski from Beta represented the landlord, Fallas, and Planet Fitness was represented by Scott Landgraf with SRS Real Estate Partners.
